You’ve probably heard about the Cookie LG KP500, which became the best-selling device of LG after selling over 10 million units in just 13 months. Well, LG is trying to recreate the success came out with new and more biscuits named LG Cookie GS500 Plus. Announced only last February 10 and will be released in the market in early March.

Great design

Cookie looks like a fun and elegant, with its huge display, 3 and its curved edges. It is made from the same plastic as the original biscuits, making nice to the touch. It measures 107 x 52,5 x 11,5 mm and weighs only 92 grams. This is perhaps one of the slimmest phones with touch screens on the market today.

WQVGA touch screen display has a brilliant resolution of 240 x 400 pixels and features a resistive technology. There are three round buttons at the bottom of the screen to help you easy access to common applications. It comes in three fabulous colors – black, purple and silver.

Fun Interface

One of the features that are most often mentioned about this phone is that it comes with a fun, cartoon-like user interface (the so-called LiveSquare). Ironically, this same feature helped Samsung Corby (called TouchWiz). The icons on this phone to watch something similar to what Samsung offers, which are in the order given the popularity of Corby.

There are several topics for you to choose from, including those that are specifically designed for young users of the phone, and those that are suitable for more serious people.

The main screen is a standard widgets. One notable fact that this function SNS functionality, which basically includes the most popular social networks such as MySpace, Facebook, Twitter and Flickr.
